Skyworth USA is expanding its authorized service network to join us as a trusted partner in supporting our growing portfolio of consumer electronics. As the official service provider for Philips televisions in North America, Skyworth USA distributes and supports a full lineup of Philips HD, Full HD, and 4K UHD models ranging from 32” to 85”. This portfolio spans entry-level smart TVs to premium large-format home-theater units powered by Google TV and Roku TV, ensuring consistent and reliable repair volume for our authorized service partners.

Our ASC Onboarding Process

STEP 1 – SUBMIT APPLICATION

Complete the online ASC Registration Form, including all required documents and service information.

STEP 2 – ADMIN REVIEW & VETTING

Our Admin team will review your application, qualifications, and contract terms. We will notify you of any required adjustments.

STEP 3 – CONTRACT SIGNING

Upon preliminary approval, you will electronically sign the official service contract provided by Skyworth USA.

STEP 4 – ASMS ACCESS & ONBOARDING

Once the contract is finalized, you will receive login access to the ASMS system to begin receiving service dispatches and technical training.

Are You Qualified to Join Our Network?

We maintain high standards to ensure quality customer service. Please confirm the key requirements below before proceeding to the full application.

○ Technical Readiness & Equipment

Please confirm if you possess diagnostic and tooling equipment (e.g., OSCILLOSCOPE, MULTIMETER), have knowledge of electronic or appliances handling, and maintain a customer-friendly, service-oriented approach.

○ Corporate & Legal Compliance

Must provide a valid Business License #, Federal Tax ID #, and a current W-9/W-8BEN-E form upon registration.

○ Comprehensive Liability Coverage

Required to maintain and submit proof (Certificate of Insurance) of adequate Fire and Theft Insurance for products held on premises.
